These Terms govern use of the MicroFlix Studios website, microflixstudios.com, and the MicroFlix Studio Desk TikTok dashboard application (the "App"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
The App is a private, read-only dashboard operated by MicroFlix Studios to view statistics and public videos for its own TikTok account through TikTok's official developer platform. Access is limited to MicroFlix Studios. Use of the App is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms.
2. Our content
All videos, characters, scripts, logos and other materials published by MicroFlix Studios are owned by or licensed to MicroFlix Studios. You may watch and share them through the platforms where they are posted, but may not copy, re-upload or commercially use them without permission.
3. Satire and parody
MicroFlix Studios produces comedy, satire and parody. Characters and scenarios are fictional or exaggerated for humorous effect and should not be taken as statements of fact.
4. Acceptable use of the website
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
5. Disclaimer
The website, App and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroFlix Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website, App or content.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
